He is the first to welcome customers as they step off the plane and the one offering a helping hand as they climb back aboard to resume their journey. And while customers are in Charlotte, Gavin makes sure every aspect of their visit is attended to. With the help of Wilson Air Center’s award-winning Line Service and Customer Service Representatives, Gavin and his team members are able to consistently offer outstanding, personal service even while at one of the country’s busiest airports.
How does Gavin manage to create personal relationships while juggling the hundreds of flights that arrive and depart daily? “It’s not hard when you love the work you do,” Gavin states. “I have been at Wilson for 18 years, and I enjoy working here as every day is different.
