LINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Providing aviation support services to corporate and general aviation aircraft to include marshalling, towing, fueling, baggage handling and passenger support. Additional duties include airline support functions, military fueling operations and freight handling. Physical activity outdoors required.

LINE SERVICE SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Responsible in directing and controlling a full shift of line technicians in the servicing of corporate and general aviation aircraft. See “line service technician” for duties.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Interface with customers, flight crews and passengers in the timely and professional provision of services in support of aircraft and passenger activity. Must be able to multi-task. Duties include phones, computers, flight tracking, creating service orders, billing, rental cars, support services to the passenger and flight crew to include catering, rental cars, limo’s and other. Radio communication with flight crew essential. Must be accurate and able to process multiple requests simultaneously.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Responsible in directing and controlling a full shift of customer service.

CONCIERGE

Direct interface with high profile passengers to ensure total customer satisfaction. Must be knowledgeable about our company and what we can offer our guests. Must be familiar with local businesses, venues and special events and listens to the requests made by passengers and pilots. Offers solutions or recommendations tailored to our guests needs. Position will be primarily outside and requires physical lifting of luggage. Required to marshal aircraft and perform aviation related duties as required.

AIRLINE HANDLING AGENT – RAMP

Provide servicing primarily to support the private airline junket business to include sports teams and others that use private airline transportation. Marshalling, baggage handling, fueling and servicing of airline type aircraft. Physical activity outdoors is required. This is a part time position.

AIRLINE HANDLING AGENT – TERMINAL

Provide services at the main airline terminal including processing tickets, passenger and baggage check in, issue tickets, enforce security regulations of governmental entities, aircraft boarding, load/unload luggage, ramp operations and other services as required from time to time. Physical activity indoors/outdoors is required. This a part time position.
